Making A Payment

We accept personal checks and money orders for rent payments. When making a payment, please remember to put your name and property address on the item. You can make payment via one of the following methods: 

By Mail

In Person
    You can bring payment to our office during regular business hours. You can drop payments off in our drop box along Douglas Avenue in front of our building. 

Online
    We currently are not set up for online payments. We will let all tenants know when we have this system in place.
