Owners who provide photos to be displayed on the Website with their property assert that the photos are their own property. The Company neither confirms nor warrants information contained in the property listings. Confirmation of property listing information on the Website is the responsibility of the customer.

If you make a Submission, you warrant and represent that you own the rights to your Submission. You further warrant and represent that your Submission contains correct information and does not contain software viruses or any form of "spam." You agree to indemnify the Company for any and all claims arising from your claims to any rights in any Submission.
