Tyson Bean

Owner, Asset Manager, Real Estate Broker & Investment Advisor
Tyson was born and raised in Kansas. He attended Wichita State University and graduated in 2002 with a Bachelors of Business Administration with Degrees in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. He was a Fred and Mary Koch Scholarship recipient while attending Wichita State University for academic excellence. As a member of Beta Theta Pi Fraternity, he was able to take active roles in leadership opportunities. After graduation he worked for Bank of America, training employees on six sigma implementation for leaner processes. He then had an opportunity to further his business experience, and went to work for Kisco Dental Products. At Kisco, he oversaw business operations and marketing in an effort to grow its existing client base. At the age of 22, he began investing in real estate. After several years of acquiring rental property, he felt that he had accumulated enough passive income to pursue his real passion, real estate. He received his real estate license in 2007 and continued buying and selling real estate for himself, as well as real estate clients. Shortly after receiving his real estate license, he began managing real estate for other investors and later developed Wichita Rentals, LLC. In 2012, he received his real estate broker’s license.Tyson and his wife, Tara, have an English Bulldog named Diesel. Kirsten Tracy

Office Manager

Kirsten has worked in the housing industry for 8 years and has been with Wichita Rentals since 2014 as the Office Manager. She spends her free time with her niece, Delaney, and her French Bulldog, Lola. Tracy Reid

Property Manager

Tracy has been employed in property management since 2003. She began as a property manager for Northstar Property Management where she remained until her transition with Wichita Rentals in 2016.Tracy and her husband Kevin, have two Sons and a dog named Eli. She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends and is also an avid Kansas City Royals fan, where you will find her during the season cheering on the boys in blue. Jami McNett

Maintenance Coordinator

Jami has been employed with Wichita Rentals since January 2025 as the maintenance coordinator. Prior to that, Jami was a dental hygienist for 16 years and wanted a change in her career. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two children and dog Bentley. She enjoys watching her son play baseball, shopping with her daughter, walking, staying active in the gym, and spending time with family and friends. Jami can be reached at jami@wichitarentals.net.
